Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Life Calendar ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Mimos AI, the developer of Life Calendar.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Transfer your license to another person

The App may offer auto-renewing subscriptions and/or one-time purchases (for example, a lifetime unlock). All payments and billing are handled by Apple via the App Store.

Pricing and availability: prices, currencies, promotional offers, free trials, and product availability may vary by region and can change over time. The price shown in the App Store at the time of purchase is the price that applies.

• Auto-renewal: subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Billing: your Apple ID account will be charged at confirmation of purchase and, for subscriptions, upon renewal.
• Manage/cancel: you can manage and cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Trials: if a free trial is offered, any unused portion may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription (as determined by Apple’s rules).

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly. Please visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

All content in the App — including design, graphics, code, text, and the "Life Calendar" name and branding — is owned by Mimos AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your personal data (habits, goals, birth date) remains yours. We make no claim of ownership over the data you enter into the App.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

Life Calendar is a personal productivity tool. It is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service, and should not be used as a substitute for professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mimos AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or if necessary, through arbitration.
