Our Commitment
Life Calendar is built with privacy by default. Almost all your data stays on your device and is never sent to our servers.
This policy explains what limited data we do collect, why, and how it's handled.
Data Stored on Your Device
The following data is stored locally on your device only, using Apple's standard UserDefaults and on-device storage. We cannot access it.
- Your date of birth (used to calculate life weeks)
- Your habit entries and streak records
- Your countdown goals and milestone dates
- App preferences (color theme, style settings)
- Onboarding completion status
Purchases (RevenueCat)
We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions and purchases. When you make a purchase, RevenueCat processes and validates your transaction.
RevenueCat may collect a pseudonymous device identifier, purchase receipt data (provided by Apple), and subscription status. It does not collect your name, email, or payment details. All payment processing is handled by Apple. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
Sign in with Apple (Optional)
If you choose to sign in with Apple, Apple may share your name and email address with us (or a private relay email at your option). This information is used solely to identify your account and is stored securely.
Sign in with Apple is entirely optional. The app's core functionality does not require an account.
What We Don't Collect
- We do not use advertising SDKs or sell your data to advertisers
- We do not track your location
- We do not access your contacts, photos, or other sensitive data
- We do not use analytics SDKs that profile your behavior
- We do not share your data with third parties beyond RevenueCat
App Group Data Sharing
Life Calendar uses an App Group (group.ai.mimos.lifecalendar) to share display data between the main app and its lock screen / home screen widgets. This data never leaves your device.
Children's Privacy
Life Calendar is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
