Privacy Policy

This policy explains what limited data we do collect, why, and how it's handled.

The following data is stored locally on your device only, using platform storage such as iOS UserDefaults, Android SharedPreferences, and on-device widget storage. We cannot access it.

• Your date of birth (used to calculate life weeks)
• Your habit entries and streak records
• Your countdown goals and milestone dates
• Your tasks and widget display preferences
• App preferences (color theme, style settings)
• Onboarding completion status

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions and purchases. When you make a purchase, RevenueCat processes and validates your transaction.

RevenueCat may collect a pseudonymous app user identifier, purchase receipt or purchase token data provided by Apple or Google, and subscription status. It does not collect your name, email, or payment card details from us. Payment processing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your platform. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

Life Calendar does not require you to create an account for its core features. Current purchase access is handled through the App Store or Google Play purchase system and RevenueCat.

If a platform sign-in option is added in the future, we will update this policy before collecting account information.

• We do not use advertising SDKs or sell your data to advertisers
• We do not track your location
• We do not access your contacts, photos, or other sensitive data
• We do not use analytics SDKs that profile your behavior
• We do not share your data with third parties beyond RevenueCat

Life Calendar shares limited display data between the main app and its widgets using local platform storage, such as an iOS App Group (group.ai.mimos.lifecalendar) or Android widget SharedPreferences. This data never leaves your device.

Life Calendar is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

You can request deletion of purchase-related data associated with Life Calendar by emailing hi@mimos.ai with the subject "Life Calendar data deletion request". Please include your platform (iOS or Android) and, if available, your RevenueCat app user ID or purchase receipt information so we can locate the relevant records.

We will delete or anonymize purchase entitlement records that we control, and we may ask RevenueCat, Apple, or Google to process associated purchase records where applicable. Some transaction records may be retained only where required for billing, fraud prevention, tax, legal, or app-store compliance purposes.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
